What is the Photobooth Set Up & Take Down ?

Our team will set up & take down the photobooth equipment The Set up process will take up to 1 hour to allow for camera focus and lighting to be correct, props and printers are set up in the correct positions. To take down takes 30min this allows for photos taken to be downloaded for future Digital upload direct to client and for on line gallery page

What if my event is not being held on Venue’s ground floor?

We can only provide our Mirror & Photobooth Services if there is an adequate size lift for our equipment.  We cannot use stairs due to the health and safety of our staff and possibility of damage to our equipment.

What If my event is being held in a Marquee?

We require easy access from our vehicles to Marquee also require stable flooring ( wood ) to site equipment and localized stable 230v power point.

What if my event is being held at a private residence?:

We require easy access from our vehicles to position you want our Mirror & Photobooth Services. We request photographs of access route in advance to establish feasibility of hire, in some cases we need to personally view access in advance of the event.

How long will my hire be?

We have 3 hour and 4 hour hire packages, we can add additional hours and idle hours to your package to suit your event.

How much space is needed?

Typically we ask for 6ft x6ft area and a localized power point

Will an attendant stay to assist us in our hire?

We provide at a minimum of 1 Attendant to ensure you and your guests are assisted in having great fun and getting great photos and avoid any technical issues if they arise. We do not provide Attendants for our Arc Booth digital only packages.

How much are our services?

Our prices vary based on type of product and your event requirements. You can see our prices by checking out your date and event type here

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes we can provide this to you for your venue’s records as well as our PAT certificates and Risk Assessments.
